Inspiration

We were thinking about possible implementations of AI in technology and realized that homework has not yet adjusted to this new age.

What it does

iHw a form of homework that actually measures your understanding. It asks you 5 questions and evaluates your answers then gives you an "understanding score." After this 5 more questions are asked which are adjusted based on your previous score. This way, instead of being stuck on a problem or flying through an assignment, everyone learns!

How we built it

We created the web design in figma, used next.js to code the frontend, and a combination of typescript, SQL, and interactions with APIs in the backend.

Challenges we ran into

We had a hard time choosing the specific features we wanted, we had many ideas.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Being able to finish such a large project in the timeframe we were given.

What we learned

We learned how to work on a time crunch and choose what to prioritize.

What's next for iHw

Next, we want to add feedback on why a certain grade was given not just the number.
