Inspiration Creating a response to the IHS Challenge which asked for enhanced customer experience with low manpower.

What it does Answers customer's questions to help complete sales.

How we built it We used an npm package called react-simple-chatbot and customized it according to the IHS Markit branding, UI, and needs.

Challenges we ran into Technical difficulties including trying to understand package constraints and being comprised of different backgrounds and tech stacks.

Accomplishments that we're proud of Finishing the project and coding in React for the first time.
