Inspiration

Familiarisation Trips are very useful for travel agencies to get aware of the actual "products" they sell: hotels, attractions, points of interest. But it's always a pain: so many moving parts which you need to plan properly. And of course, during the trip, something will definitely go wrong: flight delay, hotel cancelation, weather conditions, COVID-19... And you always should be on top of all changes.

Also, Familiarisation Trip should be finally helpful for travel-agencies customers: so visiting places you should take valuable information. So, there should be technique and questionary (or check-list) be developed ahead to be able to get maximum when you are in a place.

iGotIt means:

What it does

iGotIt helps to plan, execute, report, and analyze Familiarisation Trips. The solution guide user through and every step of a trip: keeping eye on all changes which occur.

Plus it might be an interesting solution for Amadeus how to get feedbacks and any updates from travel agencies. For example, if there is some attraction closure due to COVID-19: it might be reported up to Amadeus.
