Inspiration

My father is from the historic tribe of the benin people wh are famous for their artistory and i grew up seeing my father produce different works of art with his hands. but in recent times they have been faced with the issue of forgery and inaccesiblity to bigger markets. so i creacted Igodo Gallery to help artists like my father mint NFts of their art works and sell it in a digital marketplace.

How we built it

Igodo Gallery was built with react.js and web3.js, we utilized Metis etherium as the chain to mint NFTs and accept payment in the marketplace

Challenges we ran into

i am a self taught and beginner blockhain developer and i found it challanging to build this web app
