Inspiration
We wanted to create a fun, modern, and visually engaging advertisement that celebrates a timeless South Indian staple—Idlis. The idea was to blend culture, humor, and storytelling with the power of AI filmmaking to show how even a simple food item can be marketed in a fresh, high-impact way.
How we built it
We used a mix of AI tools for visuals, motion, and refinement, supported by traditional editing and sound design.
Challenges We Ran Into & How We Solved Them
Maintaining Brand Consistency AI models often shifted the tone, color, or look of the product shots. Solution: We used controlled close-up shots and refined product placement through compositing to maintain a consistent brand look.
Character Expressions & Humor AI sometimes produced inconsistent or unnatural expressions. Solution: We iterated across prompts, models, and tools, improved expression control, and added voice acting for accurate lip-sync and better comedic timing.

Delivered a crisp, high-quality commercial that blends culture with modern AI visuals. The ad received strong appreciation for its humor, visual appeal, and how effectively it showcases the product in a fresh, contemporary style.
