Inspiration

What it does

Is a voice based virtual care agent that helps patients proactively manage diabetes by helping them plan the day. It gives giving patient a daily score, called “iDiabetes Score” based on patient data, care plan and activities. The goal of the patient is to improve the “iDiabetes score”. Using machine learning algorithms, the agent learns continuously from the patient and helps in making daily choices based on the personalized care plan.
