We were inspired by the current problems in infrastructure and waste management by local authorities. Being frustrated by various incidents in our daily life, with no knowledge of whom to contact, we realized a communication problem is at hand.

We have learned a lot about the public sector, how it operates and what difficulties it faces.

We faced challenges in deciding on a final problem, because we identified various situations that need problem solving. Our decision to go with a smooth and narrow infrastrucute was inspired by the potential deployment in emergin markets, where we see a lot of potential.
