Ideafy Ai : The first-ever Telegram-native, 1-tap AI that chats, codes jaw dropping portfolio in minutes. Zero setup, pure ⚡ magic.

Inspiration

As developers, we often struggle with the "showcase" part, building something is easy, but presenting it beautifully? Not so much. We wanted to solve that, not with another drag-and-drop site, but by bringing the portfolio experience to where people already live: chat. Being from Gujarat, India, a place where hustle meets jugaad, we wanted to create something that feels like magic, but is powered by pure logic and engineering.

What it does

Ideafy Ai is the world’s first Telegram-native AI portfolio builder. Start a chat → answer a few emoji-powered questions → watch real-time progress stickers fly by → preview the site inside Telegram via a secure Web App → hit 👍 and we auto-deploy to Netlify. No IDE, no Git, no DNS hoops—just conversational magic that outputs production-ready React + Tailwind code in under two minutes.

How we built it

Telegraf + Node drive the conversational wizard and inline-button UX.
OpenAI GPT-4o crafts the site’s copy, colour palette, and component hierarchy.
Dyad (open-source code-gen agent) converts prompts into clean, typed React files.
Cloudflare Tunnel exposes the local build folder for instant in-chat preview, protected by a JWT that embeds the Telegram user_id.
Netlify API & CLI handle one-click deployment and return the live URL to the user.
All stitched together, orchestrated in Cursor AI IDE, with TypeScript for sanity and pnpm for speed.

Challenges we ran into

Token juggling: pushing multi-step prompts + component trees into a single LLM call without blowing context.
Asynchronous UX: syncing Dyad’s long-running generation with Telegram’s 4-second edit window so progress updates never “timeout.”
Tunnel churn: trycloudflare.com rotates sub domains; we built an auto-parser and hot swap logic to keep preview links alive.
Mobile Web-App quirks: iOS Telegram cached old bundles; a bust-the-cache query-slug solved it.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Idea to live site in 110 seconds on a normal mid range laptop.
Seamless, single chat journey from brainstorming to deployment with no context switching.
A genuinely human sounding bot that sprinkles human touch, not robotic
Clean, extensible codebase ready for theme packs, not a throwaway hack.

What we learned

Conversational UI demands micro interactions. The stickers, delays, and cheeky copy matter as much as the tech.
Prompt engineering is product design; trimming a sentence can save 20 cents in token fees.
Users trust previews more when you surface the raw code, we added a “Download ZIP” button and engagement spiked.
India’s dev ecosystem at 3 a.m. on Discord is the best rubber duck debugger you’ll ever meet.

What's next for Ideafy Ai

Theme marketplace: community submitted templates and animations.
Real-time edits: switch colours or swap a hero image and watch hot-reload inside Telegram.
Edge-deploy models: run smaller LLMs via ollama so the entire stack can live on a Raspberry Pi.
Analytics & heat-maps baked in, because what good is a site if you can’t see who visits?
Multi-lingual voice chat, speak Hindi, English, or Kutchi; Ideafy Ai will answer back and rebuild copy on the fly.
