Inspiration
We came up with this idea because we realised how difficult it is to get genuine feedback on a startup idea. Most AI chatbots sugarcoat their responses and fail to give honest feedback, and we can't always rely on our peers and friends for meaningful opinions.
What it does
IdeaForge takes your startup idea and puts it through three different AI perspectives. One agent looks for the flaws, another looks at why it could work, and a third analyses both sides and gives you a confidence score. You can also chat with each agent, ask questions, and use their feedback to improve your idea before actually building it.
How we built it
IdeaForge is built as a multi-agent AI platform where each agent has a different role in evaluating a startup idea. The Roaster and Defender give their own perspectives, while the Judge analyses both before giving the final verdict. We focused on keeping the experience simple and interactive, so users can not only get feedback but also question the agents and improve their ideas.
Challenges we ran into
One of our biggest challenges was making sure the three agents had clearly different roles instead of giving similar responses. We also had to figure out how to make their feedback useful and honest while keeping the interface simple and easy to use.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We’re proud that we turned a simple idea into a working multi-agent platform where the agents look at an idea from different perspectives and give feedback based on its practicality rather than sugarcoating it.
What we learned
We learned a lot about working with multiple AI agents and turning an idea into an actual working product. We also learned how important it is to give each agent a clear role and make their responses work together instead of feeling repetitive.
What's next for IdeaForge
We want to make IdeaForge more accurate and useful by improving the agents' analysis and adding things like competitor research, market validation, and more detailed feedback. We also want users to be able to track how their idea improves over time.
