Inspiration
iCow is the brainchild of social entrepreneur and farmer Su Kahumbu, a kenyan activist with a passion for farming and fixing global food security issues to protect ourselves from the harmful explotiations of bad practice in farming.
What it does
iCow is an educational platform that provides access to knowledge on specific topics by drip feeding subscribers with sms content.
How I built it
I built it by analysing and understanding our customer needs.adapting it based on how the team works with the platform,what they intend to achieve and also how effective they wish to be with serving farmers.
Challenges I ran into
Scalability issues when sending to multiple users.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Building various services ie. Calendar,sms broadcasting services, keyword based autoresponder service
