ICON story
Inspiration
Attracted by the idea of being able to connect different blockchains to each other, I approached the system that ICON proposes. I was intent on recording my journey by telling a story.
What it does
It is the report of my first approach to the ICON system and how I was able to face it.
How we built it
I used the ink language, a narrative scripting language, with display adaptations.
Challenges we ran into
While I found it difficult to understand the ICON ecosystem, I found it easier to share my experience.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I would have liked to create a test project but I'm still happy to be able to tell my story.
What we learned
I learned that just wanting to do something is not enough, you always need the right conditions and facilities of the environment in which you have to operate.
What's next for ICON story
I hope that this first trip to the ICON ecosystem can help improve it and that I can come back to develop something that works.
