Each individual has a bluetooth beacon registered with their mobile device. When another individual sniffs that bluetooth beacon, the mobile device will request to talk to that person by sending the server a unique bluetooth id. The server then finds out whose device it belongs to and pushes the Quotes author to that individual while returning a Quote and Author to the requester. The requester's job is then to go around saying the quote until the correct author is found!
