We were inspired by the opportunity to learn something new, and try learning the art of algorithmic trading
What it does
Our program analyses the current market to search for ineffieciencies and opportunities from which we can make money
How we built it
We built our program in Python, from which we used a range of available libraries to make our program as efficient as possible
Challenges we ran into
Other teams with very effective solutions - and quite conniving solutions, which were built to exploit possible vulnerabilities in our code
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Learning a completely new skill, and style of programming over the past 24 hours
