Inspiration
This was a completely spontaneous idea that hit me after binge-watching too many “rise and fall” influencer documentaries. I realized almost everything we see online is carefully curated marketing, a brand strategy, a performance. The real meltdowns, the exhaustion, the absurdity of chasing trends; those moments almost never make the final cut. I wanted to make a ridiculous, heartfelt comedy that exposes how synthetically manufactured “real” can be, so I created Glamora the glam sheep and let the wool hit the fan.
What it does
A short Muppet-style mockumentary that follows one chaotic day in the life of Glamora, a glitter-obsessed sheep influencer with 3.2 million followers, after she publicly swears to “finally be authentic.” What starts as a noble quest spirals into wool disasters, brand deal implosions, and chaos. It’s The Office meets What We Do in the Shadows kind of vibe, but everyone is felt and the stakes are clout.
How I built it
100% AI-assisted solo sprint in under 1 hour:
Base images & style: Seedream
Keyframe animation & character consistency: Higgsfield
Full video generation: Grok (image-to-video + heavy prompting)
Final editing, sound design, dubstep-bleat soundtrack, and text overlays: CapCut
Grok helped with the idea brainstorming.
Challenges I ran into
Keeping Glamora’s appearance consistent across all frames (Higgsfield saved my life)
Fitting an entire emotional arc into about 2 minutes while still being stupidly funny
Accomplishments that I’m proud of:
Finished a fully AI-generated mockumentary with zero human actors
Proved you can make something quick and under deadline pressure that feels hand-crafted and chaotic using only AI tools
What I learned
AI is incredible at style, but comedy timing still needs a human brain
Absurdity + sincerity is an unbeatable combo
What’s next for I woke up with 3.2 million followers | The Price of Fame
More characters, longer episodes, and maybe a limited run of Glamora plushies that come with a tiny ring light. The flock deserves more chaos!
