About the Project "I'm Halloween" is an AI-powered short film created as a part of exploring the next frontier of digital filmmaking. Inspired by cutting-edge AI tools and Halloween’s eerie storytelling spirit, this project pushes the boundaries of how artificial intelligence can collaborate to make high-quality, creative cinematic content.

Inspiration The inspiration came from witnessing innovative workflows where AI tools seamlessly combine to create scenes, animations, and voiceovers in ways that were traditionally impossible or highly resource-intensive. The Halloween theme gave a perfect canvas for showcasing spooky visuals and thrilling storytelling powered by AI.

What I Learned Through this project, I learned how to orchestrate multiple AI tools focused on different filmmaking aspects—such as scene generation, upscaling, animation, music, and voice synthesis—to create a unified short film. I also got hands-on experience with enhancing AI-generated visuals and syncing voice with animation using ElevenLabs’ realistic voiceover technology.

How I Built It Core scenes: Created using Veo3

Wide shots & cutaways: Generated with Nano Banana and Higgsfield Popcorn

Upscaling: Enhanced with Enhancor and Magnific to maintain visual fidelity

Animations: Brought to life by Kling and Seedance

Music: Selected from Artlist’s rich library

Voiceover: Realized using ElevenLabs AI voices

This pipeline was stitched together to produce a cohesive and atmospheric short film optimized for digital platforms.

Challenges Faced Coordinating disparate AI tools required managing varied output formats and resolutions, along with syncing animation and voice accurately. Upscaling without loss of detail was particularly tricky, solved through iterative testing with Enhancor and Magnific. Another challenge was crafting a narrative within technical limitations of AI generation while keeping the story engaging and visually cohesive
