I wrote I Got You for my son, who has Down Syndrome Regression Disorder. Watching him fade, feeling helpless to stop it, & fighting every day to bring him back—it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever faced.

When someone you love is slipping away, when their pain feels unbearable, and when the battle seems never-ending—this song is for them. I Got You is my heartfelt message of refusing to give up on my son who is struggling. No matter how dark the road gets, no matter how heavy the weight feels, I’m here for him.

🎵 Musical Inspiration I went to an NF concert last year and was Inspired by the emotional depth of NF’s music. I Got You blends cinematic orchestration, heartfelt rap verses, and a powerful, melodic chorus. The production features atmospheric synths & piano, and intense drum patterns, creating a song that expresses my emotion.
