We are still in the process of getting the exact lines of the different parts of the heart We tried different versions and different approaches, and the final ones seem to be somewhat accurate. The idea is to make this process fully automatic without having to mess with some parametres.
The project identifies lines and tries to give the size of the different parameters of the parts of the heart. Although it does not check if those parameters and the ones you can calculate from those are on the normal range
