Inspiration
We were frustrated spending hours researching prospects manually, only to send generic emails that get ignored. With AI agents becoming more capable, we realized we could automate the entire research and personalization process. What if we could create an army of AI SDRs that could research companies and contacts as thoroughly as a human, but at scale and for pennies on the dollar?
What it does
Our system deploys multiple AI agents that work together to create hyper-personalized outreach at scale. The agents research companies, find decision-makers, analyze individual contacts, and craft personalized emails that reference specific, recent details. Each email sounds human-written and demonstrates genuine research about both the company and the contact.
How we built it
Brightdata handles our web scraping and data collection, allowing us to gather company information and contact details reliably. Then we used Arcade.dev to connect with gmail to create draft emails that can be sent after a human in the loop approval. The agents pass information between each other to build comprehensive profiles that inform the final email generation.
Challenges we ran into
The biggest challenge was getting the agents to produce consistently human-sounding emails rather than obvious AI-generated content. This took a bit of prompt engineering. Data quality was another hurdle - sometimes LinkedIn profiles would be incomplete or non-usable.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We successfully created a working multi-agent system that can go from just a company name to a personalized email in minutes. The emails consistently reference specific, recent information that would be impossible to fake and feel genuinely researched. We built something that could realistically replace hours of manual SDR work while maintaining quality that often exceeds human research depth.
What we learned
We discovered that the key to believable AI-generated emails is in the research quality, not just the writing. The more specific and recent the information, the more authentic the outreach feels. Multi-agent systems require careful orchestration and clear data handoffs between agents to work effectively.
What's next for Hyper-personalized Outreach We want to integrate email tracking tools to monitor open rates, response rates, and conversion metrics, then feed this performance data back into our AI agents to continuously improve personalization strategies. Long-term, we envision this becoming a self-improving sales automation platform where the AI agents get smarter with each campaign, optimizing everything from research focus to writing style based on real performance data.
