Inspiration

We took inspiration from the product that allowed you to find safety in raves through your friends.

What it does

It helps you find the nearest water cooler.

How we built it

We used Flask Backend using a csv database, included with a React.js Frontend packed with a vercel hosting and pythonanywhere hosting. The physical product is a big physical prototype made using 3D printed PLA.

Challenges we ran into

The LCD screen became faulty after a malfunction occurred and thus we couldn't implement our original lcd screen idea.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The backend and frontend are hosted online.

What we learned

We learnt to be more flexible and not be hung up on a single idea. Always be like water.

What's next for HYDRUN
