Hydrophix: The Future of Hydroponic Management

Inspiration

The world around us is slowly being overtaken by urbanization. This was my way of optimizing the space we have left.

What it does

Hydrophix allows companies to control their hydroponic systems on their phone. From pH monitoring, nutrient solution making, crop scheduling... the possibilities are endless

How we built it

By analyzing what constitutes a hydroponics system, this app incorporates the major aspects to manage the entire process from anywhere, on the go. Through research into the mechanics of hydroponics and analyzing one of the leading countries in hydroponics, Hydrophix was born

Challenges we ran into

Being unable to prototype the product and use transition to go from page to page, as well as overall computer glitches that were not surmountable. However, the base version has been delivered!

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The ability to complete an app that I am satisfied with in just a short amount of time!

What we learned

Learnt a lot about how Figma works, as well as overall design principles.
