Inspiration
Hustler_AI was inspired by the increasing reliance on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) used by employers to filter resumes. We wanted to create a tool that helps job seekers optimize their resumes, ensuring they pass ATS filters and increase their chances of landing an interview.
What it does
Hustler_AI Refines resumes by analyzing job descriptions and testing them against simulated ATS systems. It provides real-time feedback on keyword usage, formatting, and structure, helping users align their resumes with ATS standards.
How we built it
We built Hustler_AI using AI-powered models for parsing and keyword matching. The platform integrates an ATS simulation engine that analyzes resumes for ATS compatibility. It’s hosted on a scalable cloud infrastructure for efficient processing.
Challenges we ran into
ATS Complexity: Simulating ATS behavior accurately was a challenge, as each system has unique requirements.
Keyword Optimization: Ensuring that the AI provides context-aware keyword suggestions without overfitting.
Scalability: Optimizing the platform to handle large volumes of user uploads and simultaneous ATS tests.
