Inspiration

We were inspired by the rising wave of solopreneurs and creators who have ideas but lack technical skills to turn them into real, revenue-generating startups. The no-code revolution needed a platform that didn't just build apps—but launched real businesses, instantly.

What it does

HustleForge lets anyone generate a fully branded, AI-powered startup with a single click. Users answer a few questions, and HustleForge:

  • Generates a startup idea tailored to their skills
  • Builds a stunning landing page via Bolt.new
  • Embeds AI capabilities like ElevenLabs voice or Tavus onboarding video
  • Integrates optional monetization via RevenueCat
  • Deploys to Netlify and connects a free IONOS domain via Entri

Each user walks away with a production-ready, monetizable startup in minutes.

How we built it

  • Frontend: Built entirely with Bolt.new using professional prompts
  • Supabase: For user authentication and storing generated hustles
  • AI Prompt Engine: Dynamically generates Bolt prompts from user config
  • ElevenLabs API: To create personalized voice experiences
  • Tavus API (via webhook): For onboarding video generation
  • RevenueCat (React SDK): To manage subscriptions
  • Netlify API: For seamless deployment of Bolt-generated projects
  • IONOS + Entri: To programmatically assign custom domains

Challenges we ran into

  • Ensuring the final startups were functional products, not just mockups
  • Embedding external AI (Tavus/ElevenLabs) into Bolt-generated content
  • Mapping user inputs into a structured, promptable AI format
  • Aligning with all challenge requirements while staying user-centric

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • Created a fully working startup launcher with no code required
  • Integrated 7 challenge categories into a single cohesive platform
  • Empowered first-time users to build, brand, and deploy their business in <10 minutes
  • Designed a dynamic AI-to-Bolt prompt engine that produces production-grade web apps

What we learned

  • Bolt.new is powerful enough to generate more than UIs—it can generate entire businesses
  • Small, thoughtful integrations (voice, video, monetization) massively increase perceived value
  • Users love seeing “real results fast”—speed-to-launch was key

What's next for HustleForge

  • Add marketplace to sell generated startups as templates
  • Build drag-and-drop "hustle editor" for customizing Bolt sites post-generation
  • Introduce AI mentors to guide users toward their first customer or dollar
  • Explore launching HustleForge as a real venture post-hackathon
