We want to improve the customer experience for those attending stadiums. We want to reduce the time spent queuing for food by allowing attendees to pre-order food.

Instead of having them download an extra app for pre-ordering or identifying which stalls are busy, our solution integrates many features into one resource.

Our solution is a chat bot that is integrated into the Facebook messenger app that users can communicate with, pre-order food, know how busy food stalls are and more.
