We started our journey by analysing the brief, have done intense research and market analysis. Yesterday, we went to interview Head of PR at Westfield, shoppers, shop assistants, store managers, information assistant, analysed your information points, went on the app store to check your app ratings and to see how we could improve your customers shopping experience by enhancing your already existing app.
We are proud that people will be able to navigate more easily in the shopping centre, will no longer loose each other, will be able to track their shopping experience and be able to retrieve the items they tried and would have forgotten without the app. All of this, without forgetting to monetise the app by allowing shops to push notifications through the app.
It has been a challenge but also a pleasure.
