Inspiration

What it does

  • Provides people with information about their medication, any notes from their physician, as well as any help on how to self-medicate

How we built it

  • Spent a lot of time brainstorming to get an impactful idea that could feasibly be made in 2 days
  • Integrated DialogFlow with Google Assistant Actions to create a fluid, conversational AI

Challenges we ran into

  • DialogFlow
  • Google Assistant
  • Chromecast

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • Got the DialogFlow "Inline Webhook Editor" working after spending over 4 hours trying to enable it
  • Built a complete Zero UI in the span of 2 days

What we learned

  • How to create Google Assistant Actions with DialogFlow for conversational AI support
  • Amazon Alexa is probably way easier to work with

What's next for Humira Helper

  • Implement security measures via PIN
  • Enable notifications so that users don't need to start Action to see if the doctor updated their database log (limited by current technology)
  • Create a holistic Humira experience along with other Humira products (e.g. Humira app)
