Human rights activated crisis or not

PROBLEM:

• governments violate human rights in times like corona crisis

SOLUTION: Based on human behavior in times of crisis we need additional law in eu that will allow people to have their rights. This law will allow people to behave based on their own judgement. In a lot of countries people do not trust in their government and they do not want to follow their orders. Or people have some health restrictions, or other that it is imposible for them to execute the orders. And that brings unwanted violence. So all the citizens no matter if they are working as police, army or other public jobs and other citizens, they have the right to not follow the orders from government in crisis and they can not be punished for that.

Politicians who will try to break this rule with new laws, will be prohibited to work in politics or public institutions forever.

The idea is demonstrated good in movie The experiment and movie Hacksaw ridge.

We have done video demonstration of what happens if human rights are violated. Government should give just recommendations, no penalties if citizens do not follow their orders. Force and demands lead to violence and destruction, collaboration is always productive.

Huge impact to the crisis, so simple thing, that everyone can act by their rights, can save so many lives.

The project is in the future in european parliament hands to confirm this preposition.

After crisis we can go in direction of building collaborative ways between people, environment and technology. If we would give instead of take we all would have so much more.
