Human calling

Create a star code that the victim can punch into the phone following a robocall. Punching the star code will trace the source of the phone call and the caller is "penalized." To avoid the potential for the victim to abuse the star code (using it against an individual instead of an actual robocall), a minimum number of traces to that number are needed before the phone line is penalized. Penalization can consist of cessation of phone service, fines or robocalling the ruling board of the company at their homes until they agree to stop. This can also be applied to sales calls or other nuisance calls.
