Inspiration HUKUM was inspired by the desire to explore and share the rich history and cultural significance of Halloween. As a holiday steeped in tradition, we wanted to delve into its origins, the evolution of its customs, and the fun that surrounds it today.

What it does HUKUM provides an engaging platform to educate users about the history of Halloween. It covers the origins of the holiday, its modern-day celebrations, the tradition of costumes, and invites users to share their own costume ideas. With a visually appealing design and interactive elements, HUKUM aims to make learning about Halloween enjoyable for everyone.

How we built it We built HUKUM using a combination of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The website features a simple layout with sections dedicated to different aspects of Halloween. We utilized responsive design principles to ensure accessibility on both desktop and mobile devices. Interactive elements, like costume reveal buttons, were implemented using JavaScript to enhance user engagement.

Challenges we ran into Some challenges included ensuring that the website was visually appealing while maintaining a straightforward user interface. We also faced issues with responsive design, making sure that the site looked good on all screen sizes. Debugging JavaScript interactions took some time, especially to ensure a smooth user experience.

Accomplishments that we're proud of We are proud of creating a fully functional website that educates users about Halloween in an engaging way. The interactive features, such as the costume reveal, add a fun element that encourages user participation. Additionally, the project was completed on time and meets all initial requirements.

What we learned Throughout the development of HUKUM, we learned valuable skills in web development, particularly in HTML and CSS layout techniques. We also gained experience in JavaScript for creating interactive features and enhancing user experience. Collaborating on a project like this taught us the importance of teamwork and effective communication.

What's next for HUKUM Looking ahead, we plan to enhance HUKUM by adding more interactive features, such as a Halloween trivia quiz and user-submitted costume ideas. We also want to incorporate multimedia elements, like videos and images, to make the content even more engaging. Expanding the website to include information on Halloween events and local celebrations will be our next major step.
