Huddle is a distributed deliberation orchestration platform that treats complex group discussion as a high-dimensional load-balancing challenge. The system utilizes a seven-step LangGraph pipeline—incorporating specialized agents for claim extraction, conflict classification, and participant profiling—to analyze incoming statements and model the resulting tensions within a NetworkX conflict graph.

Instead of relying on reactive moderation, Huddle employs a deterministic "Diversity Load Balancer" agent to route participants into discussion groups that maximize viewpoint diversity and bridge potential while specifically penalizing the isolation of minority voices. The process culminates in AI-generated mediation briefs that outline shared ground, likely tensions, and bridge questions, providing a transparent, explainable framework to turn social polarization into productive, facilitated disagreement.
