Inspiration

We got inspired by this project due to our personal pains and pains of many others trying to find tech jobs but the process taking too long and doesn't satisfy both candidates and employers. After speaking with over 10 different parties at the hackathon for user research, we found out about the pain points and interests of each and figured there is a solution for this!

What it does

The solution is a dashboard platform that allows employers to post challenges and prizes with that challenge people based on projects they need done for their company, there is a time limit for each but its sufficient for the person to work at a regular pace. The timer kicks in only when the challenge is selected. After the challenge is submitted, the employer can review the submission, code and test it. If they are satisfied with the results they may move the candidate into the interview phase, as they now have been vetted.
