We are Team XOR, and today we're excited to present HRPulse, an autonomous AI-powered HR management platform developed for NeuroX 1.0. Our goal is to transform traditional HR operations into an intelligent system that automates repetitive work while keeping humans in control of critical decisions. 1. The Problem We Identified Today's HR departments handle many connected processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance tracking, performance management, and offboarding. However, these processes usually operate in separate systems. HR staff often switch between spreadsheets, emails, payroll software, attendance systems, and multiple applications just to complete one employee workflow. This creates several major challenges: ● Manual and repetitive work ● Duplicate data entry ● Human errors ● Delayed decision making ● Poor communication between HR processes For example, When a candidate accepts an offer, HR must manually create employee records, notify IT, schedule orientation, update payroll, and send emails. Missing even one step can delay onboarding or create compliance issues. Traditional HR software only stores information. It doesn't actually coordinate these tasks intelligently. That is the problem we aim to solve.
