Hiring has always been difficult and stressful. And most recruiters on average make at least 100 interviews per month. The problem is interviews made by humans and we human beings are always bad at multitasking. And listening to candidates and taking notes is inefficient. Let alone forgetting how was the candidate's performance during the interview a week later when it is time to compare with other candidates. Our solution helps HR Managers, Recruiters to minimize human factors and make correct decisions. As a consequence, the company can get the best talents in less time and the process is hassle-free

How we built it
We used the most advanced pre-trained models to transcribe the audio and that audio will be processed by AI and gives an outline of the interview. You can create your template for each position and let the AI answer those questions and give a full overview of an interview.
Challenges we ran into
Working with Pre-trained models is pretty challenging and since I didn't have GPU powered server my app didn't work at first. Then, I optimized it to work on CPU-powered servers. But the tradeoff is its 5X slow than GPU.
