Inspiration

Created to ease/simplify HR-Employee communication. AI Transforms the way HR contributes to an organization’s competitive advantage. This project developed with AI solutions for HR that are truly remarkable.

What it does

It will give the template-based responses for the requests from the employee

How we built it

This project was build using vaadin (An online Java Devolpment platform) and AIML (Artificial Intelligence Markup Language) is an an XML dialect. We created a new Spring Boot + Vaadin app (web UI to interact with AIML bots). The workflow of this project is like where the AIML interpreter takes AIML files and an input string which produces an output string (Bot response).

Challenges we ran into

Web pack exit issue. Providing login and maintaining a session for a user. Creating input aiml file for the bot to respond to a different types of questions.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We added the most freequently added questions in the HR bot that employee know and ask.

What we learned

We learned AIML template working and customization using java sprint boot application.

What's next for HR - Support Bot

We planned to implement in the DC track. And moreover, it can be added to the CMPL core products site as its fully customizable.
