Inspiration

This project was inspired by the troubles returning Singaporeans face in common processes us Singaporeans are so familiar with.

What it does

It gives you all the information you need to understand the common processes. It also serves as a platform to collate all your documents and compiles them in a neat email template that you can easily send out.

Challenges we ran into

We had to run through several user research and go through user journeys to truly understand what it is like to be in the shoes of a returning Singaporean.

What we learned

We learnt about how design thinking and systems thinking worked hand in hand to create apps that are truly useful for people. We learnt how to make our prototype into wireframes using Figma.
