How long You will stay in ICU

Inspiration

One of our teammates studies about public health, and we want to know how we can predict the conditions.

What it does

It can tell the ICU stay prediction via many tests results.

How I built it

We use SAS and R to clean data.

Challenges I ran into

There are so many data at first. Cleaning data and merging data cost us many time.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We use machine learning to predict the ICU stay and we find the most efficient method to do that.

What I learned

I learned how to use R and python to do the machine learning.

What's next for How long You will stay in ICU

We can build it up to a software or a website that can be used by hospitals to analyze patients' health conditions.
