I have just entered the stressful environment of high school. Many times I see kids crying in the hallways and thats terrible. To see 14 year olds cry about school and become that stressed doesn't sit right in my head. Sometimes what can help is thinking about the day. We spend so much time during the day thinking about grades and assignments and what people think of us, we never think about what we did or how we are feeling. I've realized that the stress is inevitable and we cant get rid of the source. Grades are important to our future. So the best way to think about mental health is a quick check so you can reflect on your day. This is a basic program.
