Our goal is to connect volunteer organizations in Houston with 311 service requests to reduce the city backlog. Our deliverable for this project is a requirements document with detailed features and processes for a mobile app. High priority placed on core features so as to reduce time and resources needed for live product.

Requirement document provides the city with a detailed outline of deliverables through which developers can be sourced based on qualification and cost.

We have collaborated with Houston city SMEs to create a detailed and feasible plan. Our next step is to further flesh out requirements document with input from the city to bring the project live.
