My parents complaining about housing prices in Toronto

What it does

Predicts the price of houses in Toronto

How we built it

Using a linear regression model and a data set I got from Statistics Canada

Challenges we ran into

It was hard to convert the dates which were in character format to date format and then to numeric format. Loads of stack overflow.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I coded in R, which seems to be very useful for data analysis.

What we learned

I learned how to use a package to make graphs like from The Economics

What's next for Housing Prices Predicition

Maybe add more variables and use it for other locations as well. I would like to use a bigger data set so it can be more precise as well.
