Inspiration - I work at the Atlanta Housing Authority in the Real Estate department as an analyst.
What it does - Assists homebuyers using multi-agents to see if buyers are eligible for the downpayment assistance program, estimates the home affordability and sets mock appointments with counselors and alerts the tenants of properties in their price range.
How we built it - Vertex AI - Google Cloud Run Services
Challenges we ran into - Backend services with authentication, required a paid support tier to correct the issues.
Accomplishments that we're proud of - This is the first agent I have built using Vertex after attending Google Cloud Next 2025.

What's next for Housing Navigator Agent - I am using this as a proof of concept that could be used at work and possibly to build a more robust system I would like to present to HUD.
