Inspiration
Looking for a house or apartment can quickly become overwhelming. You jump between multiple websites, keep messy notes, and try to compare listings without any real structure. I wanted a tool that could centralize all the listings I’m interested in and actually help me analyze them — not just save them. That’s where the idea for HouseLyzer came from.
What it does
HouseLyzer is a web app that lets you manage, annotate, and compare real estate listings in one place. You can import a listing from any rental or property website and the AI automatically extracts key information: price, location, size, photos, and features. Once imported, you can edit the listing, add your own notes, and even update missing or incorrect data. The app also lets you draw rooms on a visual map, helping you understand the layout of a property. Built-in tools let you calculate mortgage payments based on custom inputs like interest rate, down payment, and loan term.
