Household Continuity Check audits whether a household’s existing NAS archive can actually answer the practical questions that matter when the person who normally manages the paperwork is unavailable.
Instead of behaving like a traditional document search or Q&A tool, the Skill runs a fixed continuity checklist across user-authorized folders. Each question receives one of seven statuses: Answered, Partly answered, Conflict, Apparently outdated, Not found, Not fully checked, or Not applicable.
The key design principle is that absence must be earned. The Skill can only report “Not found” after every selected folder has been inventoried and every eligible file has been confirmed as read. If coverage is incomplete, the result remains “Not fully checked.” This avoids giving users false confidence simply because an AI search returned no result.
The workflow uses UGOS file, document, and knowledge capabilities to inventory the authorized archive, answer checklist questions, compare conflicting information, identify potentially outdated documents, calculate a readiness score, and optionally save a report.
The scope is deliberately conservative. Medical, banking, tax, identity, and credential files are excluded. Insurance checks are optional and limited to basic information such as provider, public contact details, and renewal dates. The Skill makes no claims about backup health, file permissions, local AI processing, or other capabilities that are not documented.
The goal is simple: a NAS may contain everything a household needs, but that does not mean the information can actually be found when it matters. Household Continuity Check turns that uncertainty into a measurable, auditable result.
