I would like to design an app that would allow people searching for homes to be able to quickly calcuate what the downpayment (perhaps three different common percents) would be based on the sale price shown on the screen. Many people do not have a physical caclulator next to them or even know how to access the calculator on the computer. When you search for houses there are many so there be many that the consumer finds attractive. The app may even list the chosen houses from a website onto a file that has calculated the downpayment price and display the answers from most expensive to least expensive.
