Inspiration
It has been 8 months since I stepped out and once I had to visit the hospital for an unavoidable circumstance. I was so scared to visit the hospital several times. We wanted to break that fear. So, We built this website to remove the fear on various people's mind.
What it does
It basically removes the repeated visits to hospital. It does it digitally, at the comfort of the patient and the doctor. Technology has been the backbone of this social cause.
How We built it
We built it using CSS3 and HTML5.We also designed a logo for this project.
Challenges I ran into
The time period was a bit erratic. We could not attend the workshops as we are from India and all the workshops were either at night or at early mornings for us.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We worked as a team and we were together through the ups and downs. I think that was the biggest carry away for us from this hackathon
What I learned
This is our first Hackathon and we learnt a lot about the culture of hackathons and the diversity in the computer world. In short, this has been a learning for us
What's next for Hospitaro : The Patient Accessibility Site
We would like to know more about the monetary function of the website. We want to learn it and we would like to carry it forward as a start up.
