Inspiration

Looking Around, we can't see many solutions which empowers Hospitals to understand the number of people, putting interest in their services(Doctors consultancy and other services) and why they leave the leads abandoned. Hospitals-around brings a simple platform for hospital admins to view volume of people visiting them.

What it does

It let people search across hospitals, check for offering provided a single hospital, get more detail about services offered and book one.

For hospital Admins, it let them visualize number of people visited them in last x minutes.

How we built it

I used combination of segment, Azure Function, event hub, databricks stream ingestion to make this happen.

Challenges we ran into

  1. Searching for appropriate tools to be used.
  2. Learning to use segment and databricks

Add functionalities including hospital's rankings in their area, most popular doctors and services.
