Setup

Run the following commands to get up and running

1. python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt
2. create .env file and add variables
3. python3 manage.py collectstatic
4. python3 manage.py makemigrations
5. python3 manage.py migrate
6. python3 manage.py createsuperuser
7. add doctor to doctor group from admin panel
8. python3 manage.py runserver
