Inspiration
A lot of hospitals, regardless of which country, is going through tough times. Many have problems sourcing equipment, or finding people that can help repairing existing one. We want to help connecting hospitals to suppliers that can help.
What it does
We offer clinical engineers a dashboard where they can register the hospital they represent, and post aid requests. These requests can be either for new machines, new PPE, or expertise to fix existing ones. At the same time, suppliers and volunteers can see all hospital requests that are geographically close to them and respond to the hospital.
How I built it
The web application is built in Django.
Challenges I ran into
We need people to help us reaching out to hospital and letting them know of our tool. We also need translators for translating our app.
