💡 Inspiration

Hospitals often face sudden shortages of ICU beds, oxygen, and critical resources during emergencies. We wanted to build a system that helps hospitals predict demand early and take proactive actions before a crisis occurs.

⚙️ What it does

Hospital Intelligence & Resource Command Center forecasts future demand for beds, ICU capacity, oxygen, and patient admissions using AI-driven analytics. It also provides early warnings, smart ambulance rerouting, and resource optimization recommendations.

🛠️ How we built it

We built a web-based dashboard integrating predictive analytics, real-time monitoring, emergency routing, and interactive visualizations. Historical and simulated healthcare data were used to generate forecasts and actionable insights.

🚧 Challenges we ran into

One major challenge was designing realistic demand forecasting and ambulance rerouting logic while keeping the system simple and user-friendly. Balancing powerful features with a clean interface was also challenging.
