Based on your Social Data (Facebook, twitter, etc.), Hop helps you discover relevant groups of Hop users nearby so that you can hang out with them or get involved in shared interests and activities. Hop also recommends nearby events that you might love to be a part of.
If there are some hop users nearby who are involved in an activity that might be of interest to you, the Hop-group will show up on your app. You can see the group description, members & activities in real time, and you can join these people in their shared activity or just simply hang out with them over a beer. Hop also allows you to create your own real-time Hop-groups that users can be a part of.
When you meet someone, Hop helps you see what you have in common with them and the group. And anytime in the future, Hop can help you remember this information.
As you go about your day, hop runs quietly in the background, surfacing information about the events and Hop-groups around you. If any interesting events or Hop-groups are nearby, it will notify you and tell you more about it.
