Endless scrolling through clunky listings, vague descriptions, low-quality photos, and an overwhelming amount of tabs open just to compare your top picks. And once something finally catches your eye? You still have to track down contact details, schedule a visit, and hope it lives up to the photos. We asked ourselves: Why hasn’t this process gotten smarter? What if we used AI to bring clarity and consistency to property listings—especially on widely used public marketplaces like SS.LV? What if finding your next home felt less like paperwork… and more like discovery?

What it does

We set out to redesign the property search experience by combining artificial intelligence with user-friendly design principles. Think: the convenience of a dating app meets the intelligence of a smart assistant.

Key Features

  • Aggregated Listings: No more switching between platforms. Our tool pulls in listings from various sources and presents them in one clean, unified feed.

  • AI-Powered Standardization: Using language models, we clean up inconsistent descriptions and highlight the most important information, so users can compare listings without second-guessing vague text and translation errors.

  • Computer Vision Insights: The system scans listing photos to automatically identify key features and extends the filtering system to save users time. It finds features that are not listed in the details—such as built-in appliances like dishwashing machines, balcony views, or modern finishes—making sure nothing important goes unnoticed.

  • Swipeable Interface: Inspired by the simplicity of dating apps, users can swipe through property cards, tap for more info, and save favorites. It is quick, visual, and actually enjoyable.

  • Premium Features: Our solution will notify users as soon as possible if their dream house appears that matches most of their filters. If a user likes it, the Integrated language model will send a message to the landlord to ask about availability or inquire about specific features that are not mentioned, saving precious time and helping them catch the best deal.

Customer Segments Primary: Time-Conscious Renters Our core users are professionals and students aged 20-40 who value efficiency and want to eliminate property hunting frustration. They're willing to pay for premium features that provide a competitive edge in tight rental markets. Our solution shows only housing that matches user preferences, eliminating daily market checking and the fear of missing opportunities.
