Inspiration

We thought food deliveries where decided for each user indepently and we thought it would be nice and useful to give a service that transforms a meal into a social meeting.

What it does

It allows us to buy food collectively and to buy home-made food from the users of the website.

How we built it

Meteor and Bootstrap, with basic HTML, Javascript and CSS.

Challenges we ran into

Only one of us new the technology we have used: Meteor

Accomplishments that we're proud of

For being the first hackathon for 2 of us, and without any previous knowledge of the technology we have been using this weekend (Meteor), we got to make a first release of our product.

What we learned

A bit of Git Workflows. 2 of us got an introduction to a new technology for us (Meteor).

What's next for homey

Improvite the possibilities and the options for users, like adding with more shops, adding delivery services APIs (like Glovo).
